Where can I find information on allergens, both in your products and in your facilities? Should I be worried about cross contamination?
We have two comprehensive allergen charts (linked below) that outline the possible presence of the “Top 8” major allergens in both our products and our production facilities.
The “Top 8” regulated allergens are: Dairy, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish. We also include additional unregulated allergens, or ingredients of interest, on these charts including: Mustard, Sesame, Sulfites, Celery, Corn. The Product chart focuses on the ingredients contained in our products and the Facility chart focuses on the manufacturing and warehouse facilities where our products are made and stored before they are shipped. Please read the fine print below each section for details.

We understand the seriousness of allergen control and have strict protocols in place to ensure ingredient and product integrity. While some of our products are made on shared lines with allergens, we have detailed procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
