Why did you add soy to VeganEgg?
We understand that many people with soy allergies came to love VeganEgg. The switch to soy was not an easy one for us. We lost our supplier of algal, which was the main ingredient in VeganEgg. In order to keep VeganEgg on shelves, we had to act quickly and found an organic soy milk powder that functions the same as the algal and adds an additional gram of protein to each serving.
We are still actively testing and researching new ingredients so that we may one day re-introduce a soy-free VeganEgg into the market.
