Anyone have success cooking VeganEgg in a microwave oven? I know the instructions don’t mention nuking, but at work that’s the only option I have. So I’m just wondering if there are any suggestions to make it cook a bit better. I’m not expecting miracles, but so far, it just keeps coming out as too runny.
1) Add ice cold water to VeganEgg powder and whisk. Place liquid mixture in a microwave safe container.
2) Microwave for 15-20 seconds, remove and stir.
3) Microwave again for 15-20 seconds, remove and stir.
4) Microwave for an additional 3 minutes or until desired firmness.
