Caramelized Onion, Feta, & Rosemary Focaccia



  1. Pour ¼ cup of olive oil into the bottom of your baking dish (about 2” deep)
  2. Take your balls of pizza dough & combine them into one big ball. Spread out to fit your baking dish & press holes into the dough with your fingers
  3. Top the dough with the other ¼ cup olive oil
  4. In a skillet over low heat, add your onions (sliced into half-moons), salt to taste, and balsamic vinegar. Cook for 20-30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes until caramelized
  5. Add half your caramelized onions over top of the pizza dough, then fresh rosemary
  6. Bake the dough according to the package instructions until golden brown. About 5 minutes before finished cooking, add your feta crumbles over top so they slightly melt
  7. When the focaccia is done, top with the remaining caramelized onions, more rosemary, flaked salt, and crushed red pepper to taste. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into it
