PB&J Overnight Oats

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ½ tsp ground flax seeds (or chia seeds)
- 1 ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp creamy salted peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 5.3 oz (1 container) Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Blueberry Yogurt
- Blueberry jam
- Extra creamy salted peanut butter
- Roasted peanuts
- Fresh blueberries
- Combine your oats, flax, cinnamon, 4 tbsp peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup in a mason jar. Shake very well to combine then place in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, layer up in another jar or bowl- your overnight oats, blueberry yogurt, blueberry jam, fresh blueberries, peanut butter, and roasted peanuts.
