No Bake Peaches and Cream Tart

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 10 oz Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Cream Cheese
- 1 cup vegan whipped cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (we used maple syrup)
- 2 peaches, sliced
- Add crust ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you have smaller crumbles that stick together, then remove from food processor.
- Press into a pie crust tin/ form and set in fridge. Whip the cream and set aside. Whip cream cheese with lemon juice and sweetener of choice. Fold in whipped cream with the rest of the filling ingredients. Add to the pie form and set in fridge.
- Slice peaches and add before you are ready to serve.
- (Optional) Decorate with more whipped cream and enjoy!
