Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Pretzel Bagel

- 4 vegan breakfast sausage patties
- 4 (or 8 if you want to double it up) slices of Follow Your Heart Medium Cheddar
- 3 servings of Follow Your Heart VeganEgg cooked, according to directions, & seasoned with salt/pepper
- Handful of mixed greens
- 1 cup Follow Your Heart Chipotle Vegenaise
- 1/8 – ¼ cup maple syrup
- Oil for cooking
- Salt / pepper to taste
- 4 Pretzel Bagels
- Cook your breakfast sausage patties according to package instructions, as well as the Follow Your Heart VeganEgg (in separate pans).
- Mix together your Chipotle Vegenaise & maple syrup to taste. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
- Toast up your bagels, then add some mixed greens on the bottom, then some of the VeganEgg, a slice or two of medium cheddar cheese, your sausage patty, and the maple chipotle aioli & top with the other half of your bagel. Then dig in!
