Vegan Meat Lovers Hoagie

Ingredients
- 1 large loaf French bread, or 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tbsp Follow Your Heart Organic Vegan Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp Original Vegenaise
- 8 slices Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Provolone Slices
- 1 package (6 oz) vegan pepperoni
- 1 package (5 oz) vegan turkey
- 1 tomato, sliced into thin rounds
- Dash sea salt
- Dash finely ground black pepper
- Dash dried oregano
- 6-8 pepperoncini, sliced into strips
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced rounds
- 1 ½ cups romaine or iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, add Follow Your Heart Organic Vegan Balsamic Vinaigrette and Vegenaise. Whisk until uniform. Set aside.
- Slice bread horizontally, but don’t cut all the way through. Lay on open on flat surface. Spread both halves with balsamic mixture. Top each half with slices of cheese.
- Then add pepperoni and turkey. Layer on tomato and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano. Evenly top with pepperoncini and onion. Finally, top with shredded lettuce. Enclose and slice into desired sized pieces. Serve immediately.
