Serrano Feta Hummus
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup tahini
 - ¼ cup lemon juice
 - 1 15oz can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 1 tsp salt, plus more, to taste
 - 3 tbsp cold water
 - 1 serrano pepper, seeded and diced
 ¼ cup Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Feta Crumbles, plus more for garnish
- sprinkle of paprika, for garnish
 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain and rinse garbanzo beans. Once dry, remove skins.
 - Add tahini and lemon juice to a food processor, process on low for about 1 minute.
 - Add garbanzo beans, olive oil, cumin, and salt to food processor. Process for about 2 minutes, or until smooth. Pause halfway through to scrape hummus from sides of processor bowl.
 - While food processor is running, slowly stream in cold water until hummus is smooth and fluffy.
 - Add serrano and Dairy-Free Feta Crumbles to food processor. Process on low for about 1 minute, until completely mixed in. Taste and adjust salt.
 - Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle additional Dairy-Free Feta Crumbles, and a sprinkle of paprika.
