Everyday we’re dedicated to finding new ways to improve our sustainability and decrease our impact on the world. Our facility where we produce Follow Your Heart products, is a hub of these efforts. Our Mission & Sustainability Team is focused on sustainability initiatives, including the elimination of waste, using alternate sources of energy, choosing responsible ingredients and packaging, and community involvement.

Employee engagement is vital to our success. We offer free electric car charging for all employees and we work with our non-profit partners to support our communities.

When we moved into our current facility in 2003, we knew then that it was important to run our manufacturing with sustainable processes in mind. Our first project was installing over 750 solar panels on our roof, which at the time generated about 100 kilowatt-hours (kWH) of green energy per year. In our early days, we actually generated more energy than we used and we sold excess back into the city grid. Over the years, our facilities have increased and with each one, we covered the roof with panels and now have over 2,000 panels generating over 300,000 kWH of green energy per year.
