As we grew, we continued to put sustainability first. Since 2016, we have been diverting over 98% of our waste from landfills through recycling, composting, reduction, or reuse and have generated over 300,000 kWH of green energy per year with our solar panels.

Vegenaise was a hit, and that success started us thinking about other foods we could make deliciously plant based. On our list was cheese, and in 2003, we came out with the first ever fully vegan cheese that actually melted!

Our top item was the Avocado, Tomato, & Sprouts Sandwich and when we discovered that the egg-free mayo we used was a fake and not actually egg-free, we set out to make our own. So one night, Bob invented Vegenaise, and we soon started selling it to customers in to-go containers.
