By Follow Your Heart
Avocado, Tomato, & Sprouts Sandwich
- 4 slices vegan whole grain bread
- ¼ cup Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled, and thinly sliced
- ½ cup sprouts rinsed and patted dry
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced
- Spread a good amount of Vegenaise on one side of all four slices of bread. On one slice, Vegenaise side up, arrange the avocado slices in an even layer, covering the entire piece of bread. Add a small handful of sprouts, then place two slices of tomato. Close the sandwiches and serve.
