Bleu Cheese Chicken Salad Sandwich
- 2 boxes plant-based chicken, diced
- 4 ribs of celery, chopped
- ½ a red onion, chopped
- 1 ½ cups dried cherries
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp each fresh thyme, tarragon, and chives
- 1-2 cups Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise (depending how much you like)
- 1 container Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Bleu Cheese Crumbles
- Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Start with less Vegenaise at first and add more to your liking.
- Serve on marble rye bread with arugula for the optimal eating experience.
