Buffalo Chicken Loaded Waffle Fries
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag waffle fries
- 8 oz plant-based chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of salt and pepper
- ½ cup vegan buffalo sauce (or mix hot sauce and vegan butter together)
- 1 cup Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Finely Shredded Mozzarella
- ¼ cup Follow Your Heart Ranch Dressing
- 2 tsp chopped chives, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place waffle fries in air fryer and bake according to package instructions.
- In a lightly oiled pan, cook plant-based chicken for about 7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, pour buffalo sauce over chicken and mix until evenly coated.
- In a baking dish, spread out the waffle fries. Add Finely Shredded Mozzarella, followed by buffalo chicken, then sprinkle with additional Finely Shredded Mozzarella.
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Place dish in oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven. Drizzle with Ranch Dressing and top with chives.
