Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Bread
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large loaf of sourdough or baguette
- 1 stick melted plant-based butter
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 cups Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Finely Shredded Mozzarella
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Combine the melted butter, parsley, and minced garlic. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Crosshatch the loaf by cutting diagonally into 1” diamonds. Make sure to not cut all the way through to the bottom the loaf.
- Brush the melted butter mixture inside the crosshatches.
- Stuff the loaf with Dairy-Free Finely Shredded Mozzarella, making sure to get inside the crosshatches. Brush the surface with remaining butter mixture.
- Wrap with foil and bake inside preheated oven for 20 minutes. Unwrap and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
