Cheesy Spinach Pull Apart Bread
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter, for brushing biscuits
- 2 cups Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Shredded Mozzarella
- 8 oz. Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Cream Cheese, softened
- ¾ cup frozen spinach, defrosted and chopped
- ¼ cup Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise
- 2 tsp garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Halve biscuits and flatten each one out, then roll into a ball and place in an oven-proof skillet seam side down. Arrange in a ring around the skillet.
- Brush biscuits with olive oil or butter.
- In a large bowl, combine Shredded Mozzarella, Cream Cheese, spinach, Vegenaise, garlic, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Spoon dip into center of skillet.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese is melty. Brush biscuits with more oil or butter halfway through if necessary. Serve hot.
