Churro Waffle Sticks
- 1 bottle Follow Your Heart Rocket Cakes
- 1/3 cup evaporated cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup chocolate sauce
- Fresh berries, for garnish *Optional
- Pre-heat Belgian waffle iron to a 4 setting. Squeeze Rocket Cakes batter evenly into segments of waffle iron. Cook until golden.
- Slice each waffle into 3 sticks.
- Place sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Stir to combine. When sticks are done, generously coat each stick in cinnamon sugar mixture while warm.
- Serve warm with fresh berries and chocolate sauce on side for dipping.
