CRAB RANGOON BAGEL
- 1 package Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 can brined jackfruit, drained & rinsed
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- ⅓ cup chopped scallions
- everything bagels
- thinly sliced red onion
- chopped scallions
- sliced jalapeño
- Pulse your jackfruit in a food processor until it resembles crab meat.
- In a bowl add your jackfruit, room temp. cream cheese, toasted sesame oil, salt, sugar, and scallions. Mix well until combined.
- Toast your everything bagel and add arugula on the bottom, then some of your crab rangoon mix, and top with red onion, jalapeño, and more scallions.
