Garlic Cheese Bombs
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can refrigerated vegan biscuits
- 4 oz Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Shredded Mozzarella
- ¼ cup (half a stick) melted salted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Shredded Parmesan for topping
- marinara sauce for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Line a baking sheet with silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
- Halve biscuits, flatten them out, and place on cutting board.
- Place Dairy-Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese in the middle of each biscuit. Pinch seams to close the cheese inside and form rolls.
- Place rolls seam-side down on a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 2″ apart.
- Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush rolls with butter and sprinkle with Dairy-Free Shredded Parmesan.
- Bake cheese bombs for 10 to 12 minutes OR until golden brown on top. Cover top once Shredded Parmesan is melted so they don’t burn. Brush with more butter if needed.
- Serve warm with a side or marinara sauce for dipping.
