Lemon Garlic Grilled Tofu Sandwich
Kalamata Olive Spread:
- 1 80z pack vegan cream cheese
- 30 olives pitted
Grilled Lemon Garlic Grilled Tofu:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp lemon pepper blend
- 1 tsp salt
- 16 oz super firm tofu
- Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Feta Crumbles
- fresh arugula
- sliced red bell peppers
- baguette bread
- Blend cream cheese and olives in a food processor until the texture is smooth. Set to the side.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, lemon pepper blend, and salt in a bowl. Set to the side.
- Grill tofu while brushing on the garlic lemon glaze on both sides.
- Build your sandwich.
