- Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Finely Shredded Mozzarella
- Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Grated Parmesan
- toppings of your choice – plant based pepperoni/sausage, olives, bell pepper, mushrooms, banana peppers, basil, etc.
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Take your bagels, cut them in half, and place them on a baking tray.
- Top each bagel with pizza sauce, and Finely Shredded Mozzarella & Grated Parmesan cheeses.
- Add whatever toppings you’d like! We did pepperoni ones, plain cheese ones, green bell pepper/black olive/mushroom ones, and sausage & banana pepper ones!
- Place them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is nice and melty & the bagels are slightly toasted.
