Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS
1 8oz tub Follow Your Heart
Dairy-Free Cream Cheese
¾ cup Follow Your Heart
Dairy -Free Cheddar Shreds
2 tbsp roasted red pepper, pureed or minced
2 tbsp minced chives
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 stem of a pepper or decorative gourd
⅓ cup vegan cheese cracker crumbs (sub gluten-free/vegan cheese crackers if you’re gluten-free)
INSTRUCTIONS
Pulse your jackfruit in a food processor until it resembles crab meat.
In a bowl add your jackfruit, room temp. cream cheese, toasted sesame oil, salt, sugar, and scallions. Mix well until combined.
Toast your everything bagel and add arugula on the bottom, then some of your crab rangoon mix, and top with red onion, jalapenos, and more scallions.
