Hot & Spicy Walnut Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers
- 8-10 large jalapenos
- 8 oz Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
- 1/4 tsp spicy garlic seasoning or (garlic powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt mixed)
- 1/4 cup roasted red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup of Follow Your Heart Finely Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup of crispy bell peppers
- Mix walnuts, red bell pepper, onions, and spicy garlic seasoning in a food processer.
- Mix cream cheese with the walnut mix.
- Cut jalapeños in half, remove the seeds and add the walnut filling to the middle.
- Air fry or bake until cheese starts to brown on top. Add Finely Shredded Mozzarella to the top.
- Add crispy bell peppers on top with sauce of choice and enjoy.
