INGREDIENTS
8 ears of corn
½ cup
Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Sour Cream
½ cup
Follow Your Heart Chipotle Veganaise
Juice and zest of 1 lime
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ cup
Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Feta Crumbles
¼ cup
Follow Your Heart Parmesan Grated
2 tsp chili powder
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Roast corn in husk for 30 minutes. Pull husks back and set aside. You can do this on the grill too!
For the sauce, mix together sour cream, chipotle Veganaise, lime juice and zest, and salt.
Brush sauce over corn.
Sprinkle on dairy-free feta crumbles, parmesan, chili powder, and cilantro. Enjoy!
