INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, toss together watermelon, Dairy-Free Feta Crumbles, olive oil, lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Add salt and pepper, stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning
Divide amongst 4 bowls, top with additional cilantro leaves and Feta Crumbles, as desired.
