Crab Rangoon Bagel


  • 1 package Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can brined jackfruit, drained & rinsed
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped scallions
  • Everything bagels
  • Thinly sliced red onion, chopped scallions, sliced jalapeno, arugula


  1. Pulse your jackfruit in a food processor until it resembles crab meat.
  2. In a bowl add your jackfruit, room temp. cream cheese, toasted sesame oil, salt, sugar, and scallions. Mix well until combined.
  3. Toast your everything bagel and add arugula on the bottom, then some of your crab rangoon mix, and top with red onion, jalapenos, and more scallions.
