Creamy Sriracha Cashew Dip

  • 1 cup roasted un-salted cashews
  • ¾ cup un-sweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice syrup
  • 1 cup Sriracha Vegenaise
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce, for garnish *Optional


  • 1 Baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into thin rounds



  1. Add cashews, almond milk, sea salt, lemon juice and brown rice syrup to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add Sriracha Vegenaise and blend just to incorporate.
  2. Serve dip in a bowl. Garnish with Sriracha sauce if desired. Serve with toasted baguettes and cucumbers on side for dipping
