Grilled Parmesan Asparagus with Beans

Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, tips trimmed
- 2 tsp neutral-tasting oil
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp finely ground black pepper
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice, plus zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 can (9.9 oz) giant white beans in tomato sauce, lightly rinsed
- 2 tbsp Follow Your Heart Vegan Creamy Garlic Dressing
- ¼ tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 2-4 radishes, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Parmesan Shreds
Directions
- Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Toss asparagus in oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until marks form, about 10 minutes, rotating occasionally to grill all sides, until desired tenderness is reached. Add lemon juice and zest and toss slightly.
- In a small mixing bowl add beans, Follow Your Heart Creamy Garlic Dressing, vinegar, and salt. Toss to coat.
- To plate, cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces. Add to plate with beans. Top with radishes and Parmesan.
