Horseradish Roasted Cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Steam whole head of cauliflower for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread Horseradish Vegenaise evenly atop whole head of cauliflower. Roast for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve whole on a plate. Top with parsley if using.
