Key Lime Pie Yogurt Parfaits



  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
  2. Add your graham crackers to a ziplock bag & crush with a rolling pin until you create a sand like texture (you can also do this with a food processor). Add in your melted vegan butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar, and mix very thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking tray & bake 8-10 minutes, mixing halfway through. Set aside to cool after they’re slightly browned.
  4. Once the graham cracker mix is cooled, start layering with the graham mix first, then yogurt, lime zest, and repeat until you’ve filled the entire jar. Top with vegan whipped cream and more lime zest.
