Roasted Caesar Potatoes



  1. Pre-heat the oven to 450°F
  2. Add steamer basket to pot with 1-inch water and heat over medium.  Add potatoes. Steam for 5 minutes, to par-cook. Remove from steamer and place in large bowl
  3. In a small mixing bowl, add oil, Follow Your Heart Organic Vegan Caesar Dressing, and lemon juice. Whisk until uniform and set aside
  4. Add Caesar mixture to potatoes and toss to coat.  Add salt, pepper, and paprika and toss until uniform. Fold in capers and spread on walled, greased baking sheet.
  5. Roast for about 20 minutes, and top with Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Parmesan Shredded. Roast for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until pierced easily with fork, depending on thickness of potatoes
  6. Serve warm topped with parsley with extra Caesar on side for dipping.
