Savory Vegan French Toast

Instructions
- ¼ cup Follow Your Heart VeganEgg powder
- 2 cups regular plain unsweetened soymilk
- 1 tbsp each of:
- garlic powder
- paprika
- ground mustard
- dried sage
- onion powder
- salt
- black pepper
- dried thyme
- cayenne pepper (can do less of this, to taste)
- Follow Your Heart Vegan Lemon Herb Dressing, for serving
- 6 Sourdough bread slices
- Roasted Veggies / Breakfast Potatoes / Vegan Bacon or breakfast sausage
- scallions
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together your vegan egg, spices, and soymilk until well Let sit for about 3-4 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a bit of cooking Lightly dip your bread in the egg mixture & add to the pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown and bread lifts from the pan easily.
- Serve the French toast with breakfast potatoes, bacon or breakfast sausage, roasted veggies, & top the French toast with lemon herb dressing (in place of maple syrup) and chopped scallions.
