Vegan Mac N Cheese


Cheese Sauce

  • ¾ cup steamed potato
  • ¾ cup steamed carrot
  • ½ cup Follow Your Heart Vegan Cheddar Shreds
  • 2 cups plant milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz cooked pasta
  • 1 zucchini, sliced and sauteed


  1. Add all cheese sauce ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add additional spices if needed.
  2. Combine cooked pasta, sauteed zucchini with cheese sauce in a large skillet until ready to serve. Enjoy!
