Vegan Pub Cheese
- 8 oz Follow Your Heart Medium Cheddar Slices, coarsely grated, room temperature (about 2 cups)
- 8 oz Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp Follow Your Heart Vegenaise Horseradish Sauce
- 6 oz your choice flat brown ale (or any vegan-friendly beer)
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 2 tsp finely chopped chives, for garnish
- 2 tbsp baco bits, for garnish
- Assorted crudités, such as carrots, radishes, and/or celery, cut into 3-inch pieces, assorted crackers, pretzels, pita chips, whatever you like!
- Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until blended. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving. Top with scallions, baco bits, and additional sprinkle of cayenne, if desired.
