Vegano Cubano Sandwich

- 2 tsp neutral tasting oil
- 1 cup vegan pulled pork
- 2 tsp, plus 2 tablespoons Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise
- 8 slices vegan ham
- 4 slices Follow Your Heart Provolone Cheese
- ¼ cup sliced pickles
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 oval sandwich loaves, or Cuban sandwich bread
- Heat a sauté pan over medium heat. Add oil and vegan pulled pork. Cook until heated through, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Pre-heat panini press.
- Split rolls and spread bottoms with mustard. Spread tops with Vegenaise. Top the top half of the bread with vegan ham slices and then slices of Follow Your Heart Provolone Cheese. Add vegan pulled pork to bottom half of rolls and top with pickles. Enclose. Spread Vegenaise lightly on top of roll.
- Add enclosed sandwiches to panini press and close. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and top is grilled.
