Vegenaise Sugar Cookies
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup Original Vegenaise
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or lemon or almond extract)
- 2 tablespoons coarse sugar or vegan sprinkles (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt. Add Vegenaise and vanilla (or another extract). Mix together very well.
- Shape into walnut-sized balls. (The dough will be crumbly). Smash with a fork, sprinkle with sugar or sprinkles. Bake 10-12 minutes.
