Vegenaise Sugar Cookies

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup Original Vegenaise
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or lemon or almond extract)
  • 2 tablespoons coarse sugar or vegan sprinkles (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2.  Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt. Add Vegenaise and vanilla (or another extract). Mix together very well.
  3. Shape into walnut-sized balls. (The dough will be crumbly). Smash with a fork, sprinkle with sugar or sprinkles. Bake 10-12 minutes.
