Mushroom Herb Pizza
INGREDIENTS
Herbed Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 9 oz button mushrooms, washed
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
Pizza
- 1 vegan-friendly pizza dough
- ¾ cup Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Finely Shredded Mozzarella
- Fresh thyme and oregano leaves for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 2 minutes
- Add chopped oregano and thyme and cook until slightly wilted, about 1 minute. Remove mushrooms from heat
- Preheat oven to 500°F. Roll out pizza dough on a well-floured surface. Using a large spoon, evenly spread Organic Garlic Aïoli Vegenaise across pizza dough. Top with Finely Shredded Mozzarella and Mushrooms.
- Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden-brown. Sprinkle with additional herbs and serve.
